If you’re unsure which approach is right for you, you’re welcome to reach out before booking. We can talk about what you’re experiencing, what you’re hoping to address, and which approach may be the best fit for you.I offer three distinct approaches—Somatic Bodywork, Bowenwork, and Therapeutic Massage—each with its own unique qualities and way of supporting your individual needs.

Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time so you have time to park and settle in. If this is your first visit, arriving about 5–10 minutes early is recommended.

Before your first appointment, you’ll receive a short intake form to complete. At the beginning of your session, we’ll briefly review your health history, discuss any concerns or goals you may have, and answer any questions before getting started.I’ll explain what to expect and give you privacy to prepare for your massage. You’ll always be appropriately draped, and I’ll make sure you’re ready before beginning the session.

Wear whatever feels comfortable to you. Depending on the service, you may remain fully clothed or choose to undress to your comfort level.For Bowenwork or Somatic Bodywork, comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is generally recommended. For Therapeutic Massage, you may remain fully clothed or choose to undress as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. You will always be appropriately draped.

Massage By Rebecca Poconos accepts cash and credit card payments. Contactless payment is also available by card tap, phone, or other compatible device.

There is metered street parking in front of the office building. Meters accept quarters or payment through the parking app. The current rate is $0.25 per 15 minutes or $1.00 per hour.Additional parking is available behind the Wallace Building, directly behind the office. If you park there, you will need to walk around to the front of the building to enter the office.

There is one small step to enter the office. Accessible parking is available near the entrance, but these spaces are shared by the businesses on the block and may not always be available.If accessibility is a concern, please contact me before your appointment so we can discuss your needs and determine whether the space will work for you.
